How do I select my size and color?
As soon as our campaign ends, we will send you a survey to fill out. You’ll select your size option (currently offering: Queen and King size) and color option (currently offering: Natural White and ervèt Grey). Stay tuned, as our color options may expand as we hit our stretch goals!

Can I still order if I don’t live in the US?
We’re working hard with our logistics team to find the lowest rates for international shipments. The truth is, because the ervèt system is a full packaged bundle, shipping internationally is quite more expensive. To offer hotel-quality linens at such a great price we have to charge additionally for international shipments.

Can my partner and I choose different insert weights?
You and your partner can choose between an All-Season and/or Lightweight duvet insert. You can mix and match or choose the same weight depending on your preference

What is the difference between the two insert options?
Our Lightweight insert option is designed for warm sleepers. If you tend to wake up hot in the night and have to strip off your covers, this is the option for you. Our All-Seasons insert option is designed for cool sleepers. If you like to sleep bundled and warm in the night, this is the option for you.

How do I know which size ervèt system is right for me?
Sizes currently available are based on your mattress size. If your mattress is between 60”- 66” in width and 80” in length, we recommend a Queen size. If your mattress is between 72”- 80” in width and 80” in length, we recommend a King size.

What are the dimensions of your duvet covers?
Our bedding is designed to give you and your partner more blanket. Each custom duvet cover is 60” width and 90” length. Which means, you each have your own long-twin size duvet cover all to yourself. In fact, if you own a Queen size mattress the ervèt system provides 50% more bedding than your standard Queen size comforter and 30% more bedding for our King customers.

What’s the difference between the ervèt System and Bundle?
The ervèt System includes 2 custom duvet covers with magnetic inseams, 2 inserts which you select All-Season and/or Lightweight, 1 fitted sheet and 2 envelope pillowcases. The ervèt Bundle includes everything in the ervèt System + 1x ervèt Basics.

Then the ervèt Basics is the option for you. For those of you who already own twin duvet inserts that you love, we packaged our unique patent-pending magnetic duvet covers separately and bundled it with a fitted sheet and pillowcase in the luxe TENCEL + Cotton fabric.

How do I care for my ervèt system?
Our TENCEL™ & Cotton fabric blend is extremely easy to care for, machine washable and durable. We recommend washing on a cool or warm gentle cycle, and tumble dry low. Best of all, you can wash the duvet covers separately making it much easier to care for than a larger Queen or King size comforter.

What about caring for the inserts?
The ervèt System is designed to limit the direct contact you have with the inserts. Our easy to care for TENCEL™ & Cotton duvet covers act as a machine-washable, antibacterial protective layer so you don’t have to routinely wash your inserts. However, if you must, we recommend dry clean only.

We use waterproof magnets that are machine washable and made from 100% recycled materials. The magnets create a seamless look when the bed is made, keeping it tidy. It’s easy to make in the morning and easy to separate in the night!

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
