Dear Cover Stealers and Partners of Cover Stealers (we are guessing most of you fall into the latter category),

Last week, 11,000 lbs of ervét bedding arrived in the US and went through the customs clearing process. We are happy to report that customs clearing went smoothly and your ervét systems are being picked up TODAY to begin being shipped to all of you!

Next Steps:

• You should have just received a final lock address notification. Please double, triple check your addresses one last time. Your systems are sizable, heavy shipments that need to go through a special shipping process … let’s make sure they arrive at the right place on the first try :)
• We estimate it will take about 1 week to pack and ship out everyone’s order
• As your shipment gets shipped, we will send you a confirmation with tracking info; please note that we have to manually export all of the order data at the end of each day and then send the tracking info one-by-one so there will be a delay between when your order ships and when the tracking info goes out – don’t worry though, if you haven’t received tracking yet you will receive it shortly!

Greetings Backers!

Your days of waking up cold and coverless are coming to an end. We are excited to announce that ervét production has finished and the goods are currently being sea-freighted to our logistics centers as you read this!

We are ON SCHEDULE to start shipping in May

Launching ervét in 5 different design sets and 2 custom insert weights was an ambitious undertaking. Our team and factory exceeded our expectations and finished production ahead of schedule for all sets. 

The goods are currently en route to our logistics centers. 

Here’s how the timeline is shaking out:

1. May 5th - May 18th: Sea-Freight and Customs Clearance
2. May 18th - May 25th: Warehouse Check-In and Order Assembly
3. May 25th - onward: Shipping begins

Save the Date! Saturday, May 18th

We can’t wait to get your ervét system to you as quickly as possible. As we’ll be shipping out hundreds of orders at once, we need to give our warehouse ample time to input the orders into their system. To ensure a smooth delivery, please note the following will take place in BackerKit on Saturday, May 18th:

1.  Shipping Addresses will be locked: Double, triple check your addresses to make sure all information is correct. *Backers will be responsible for shipping fees incurred on orders incorrectly shipped due to backer-error. If you need to edit your shipping address, please do so HERE.
2.  Add-Ons will be locked: Need to add a lightweight insert for the summer months ahead? Loving the Flamingo and don't want to miss this limited seasonal print? This is your last chance to add-on Duvet Cover sets, Fitted Sheet and Pillowcases, Inserts or Sleep Masks through the Pre-Order store at the Kickstarter discounted prices! On June 1st, we will be launching our online store and will offer ervét to the public - we are planning to sell ervét systems for around $400, which is double the Kickstarter price.  If you want another ervét duvet or insert, grab it now at a massive discount.
3. Last Chance: order Duvet Cover sets, Fitted Sheet and Pillowcases, Inserts or Sleep Masks through the Pre-Order store at the Kickstarter discount.

Shipping Surveys Going Out!

Greetings Backers!

It’s been a busy week for us since the campaign ended with over 400 backers. What a dream come true to be able to bring the ervét system to hundreds of bedrooms across the globe in a few short months!

Before we dive into the Shipping Servéts here’s what we’ve been up to since the campaign ended:

We spent this week at our factories, testing the prints and dye lots for the ervét designs. Since the stretch goals for Hygge Grey and Isle of Flamingos were unlocked after February 1st, this was our first chance to see these initial print strike offs. We want the prints to be perfect and had to make some edits. As a result, these changes push our shipping window back by one month, for these 2 designs only. 

Therefore, if you select Hygge Grey or Isle of Flamingo as your design choice for your Duvet Covers or Fitted Sheet and Pillowcases, then your entire order will ship one month later, in June rather than May. That being said, we do not want to detour any of you from picking these amazing designs. The reason we need the extra month is to ensure each goes through extensive quality control to make sure the colors, prints and styles look amazing. We promise you it will be worth the wait! There is a chance we can get these designs done sooner, but we want to give you a heads up of any potential delays..

Kickstarter Fulfillment Surveys Out Today

Today, you will receive your Kickstarter fulfillment survey from BackerKit. This will be sent to your email registered to your Kickstarter account.

We need you to fill in your surveys and send them back to us by Sunday, Feb 17th at 11:59pm or you will risk either your ervét shipment being delayed and/or your color preference being sold out.

Hello Backers!

A final update before our campaign officially ends. We are so grateful for all of your support. Because of you, we’ve unlocked THREE stretch goals! And, we’re now able to offer custom-bundling so you can take full advantage of the 5 total designs available.  Here’s what we’ll cover in this final update before the Kickstarter ends:

• Color Overview - 5 designs available!
• Custom-Bundling - or as we like to call it, B.Y.O.B (build-your-own-bundle)
• Shipping Servét - how it works, when we’ll send it and how long you have to fill it out.

Color Overview- Choose Between 5 Designs for your ervét System!

When we unlocked Ocean Blues at $50k, we were elated. Then, we quickly hit $60k and unlocked the Hygge Grey design. But, our dreams really came true today when we hit the $75k stretch goal and are able to bring Isle of Flamingos into our backers bedrooms! It has always been our goal to not only offer tug-of-war free bedding, but to do so in comfort and style. Here are the array of designs available to you all:

As mentioned in our last update, at the end of the campaign we’ll be sending out the survey. Depending on your reward level, you’ll be able to select from the following:

We are super excited that our factory is willing to work with us to accommodate custom bundling. Many of you had asked if this would be an option and we worked hard to make it happen!

Shipping Servét: Friday, February 16th

In our last update we mentioned the shipping survey will be sent as soon as the campaign ends. However, our friends at BackerKit need 1 full week from when the Kickstarter ends until shipping surveys can officially be sent. We’ll now be sending the survey out one week from today: Friday, Feb 16th. We kindly ask you fill out the survey within 72 hours so we can quickly turn around the orders to our factory and ensure we hit our May delivery target. 

All Shipping Servéts must be completed by Sunday, Feb 18th at 11:59pm or you will risk either your ervét shipment being delayed or your color preference being sold out.
